Description

This is the earliest UK EMI pressing and a very rare Factory Sample of the 1973 album by rock act Geordie featuring Brian Johnson who of course went onto front ACDC. This record has been very lightly played. Side One is near mint. Side two is EX+ since there are two very small very light surface only marks over part of the first track when viewed up to light which of course are completely inaudible. As you can see side one has a label stating Factory Sample Not For Sale. I bought this from a second hand record store in 1982. I have played it just twice including the recent play test which confirms superb A1 sound quality. Fantastic full bass and audio separation. Record EMC 3001 with matrices YAX4571-1 and YAX 4572-1. The fully laminated cover made by Garrod & Lofthouse is EX. Fine apart from some creases, mainly to the to the bottom right hand corner.
