George Harrison - All Things Must Pass
(Apple STCH 639 UK 3 LP 1970)
This is a UK original 3 LP Box Set pressing. The box & inner sleeves are manufactured in the USA. The records are manufactured in the UK. The outer box has a thinner style spine & is hinged also. The inner sleeves are printed on textured paper. The records are pressed on thick vinyl & have 1st press -1U/ -1U/ -1U/ -1U/ -1U/ -1U matrix stampers. Also, the labels on record 1 & 2 have the "An E.M.I. Recording" credit only. They do not have the "Essex Int." or "Mecolico. BIEM. NCB." credits. Only the very first pressing omits this text from the labels on Sides 1,2,3 & 4. These are quite scarce.
Box: There is some fading to the front. There are a couple of scratches on the rear also. There is some mild rubbing wear at the corners. The box has not been crushed & there are no seam splits. VG+ condition.
Vinyl 1: Light sleeve rubs that can be seen under a strong light, and some minor pressing marks. VG+ condition. The labels are nice and clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays near excellent to excellent. With only light crackle in some of the quieter places. There is a seam split across the majority of the bottom of the inner sleeve. Also, an 8 cm seam split to one side.
Vinyl 2: Light sleeve rubs that can be seen under a strong light, and some minor pressing marks. VG++ condition. The labels are nice and clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays near excellent to excellent. With only light crackle in some of the quieter places. There is a 8 cm seam split across the bottom of the inner sleeve. Also, a 6 cm seam split to one side.
Vinyl 2: Very light sleeve rubs that can be seen under a strong light. NEAR EX condition. The labels are nice and clean & show very mild spindle wear. Plays near excellent to excellent. With only light crackle in some of the quieter places. There is a very minor 3 cm seam split to one side only.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £40. Overseas buyers will add £5.25 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
