Description

This an original copy of George Harrison's All Things Must Pass. (APPLE STCH 639).

The details are as follows:

Matrix numbers on vinyl:

Side 1: YEX 817 - 1U Side 2: YEX 818 - 1U

Side 3: YEX 819 - 1U Side 4: YEX 820 - 1U

Side 5: YEX 821 - 1U Side 6: YEX 822 - 1U

There are additional numbers on the run out grooves as follows:

Side 1: GAP 2 Side 2: GGG 2

Side 3: GRA 2 Side 4: GGT 2

Side 5: 711(or H) 2 Side 6: GDO 2

I believe the above numbers indicate that this is a first run-off of this boxset.

The condition of the vinyl I would describe as nr mint. It is exceptionally clean with just the odd very slight mark. The labels are perfect. The inners are in excellent condition. The purple inner for record one has a slight split at the base edge. The grey inner for record two is mint. The olive inner for record three is almost perfect although there is a slight mark at the top end and a fractional tear by that. The overall condition of the inners is excellent.

The box itself is in good condition but is not perfect. There is a tear along part of the taped hinge. Otherwise it is clean and the actual box is fine. The tear appears at the word 'George' down the side of the box and is about one inch long. The inside of the box is bright and clean. The inside of the lid features the track listing on a bright orange background, and states MADE AND PRINTED IN GREAT BRITAIN. There is also a 12" by 12" piece of cardboard which fits inside the rear of the box.
