Description

Artist and Title: George Harrison - "All Things Must Pass" Vinyl LP. Catalogue Number: Apple STCH039. Matrix Numbers: YEX 817, 818, 819, 820, 821 and 822. A very rare, early UK issue, with several important differences to later issues. Firstly, the box is the larger heavy duty version with leather effect rear, only the very first production run of boxes had this leather effect. It is in fine condition considering its age. The poster, which is in excellent condition, includes the all important 'printed in Great Britain' credit at the bottom - another rarity. But even rarer is the orange card insert at the bottom of the box; this may not seem important, but apparently only the first two hundred or so of these LPs included the orange insert! The poster is as new, still very shiny and glossy. The coloured inner sleeves are also in good condition, as are the record labels. The records themselves were rarely played and have been in storage for the past thirty odd years. Only very slight hairline marks can be seen. An amazing example of an all-time classic triple album.
