The box lid has some damage on the top left corner, as can be seen in the pictures, the lid is no longer connected to the bottom. Front of cover has some minor discoloring. Sleeves show some wear, the only spots worth pointing out are the along the top of side 2 sleeve and the right side of side 4 sleeve.
I have played all the sides and no skips or big scratches, sounds really good. I am not a professional record grader or audiophile but think my judgement is pretty sound. Take a good look at the photos to judge condition for your self and reach out if you have questions,
