Cover Condition -- Excellent / Near Mint

Rear Sleeve is printed "Best Of Dance House" instead of Best Of Dark Horse"

I am a fussy collector, so have tried to explain clearly the condition of the record to the best of my abilities, but being human mistakes can be made. If this happens I will do my best to sort & rectify the situation  I do not believe that any 2nd hand cd or record can be described as "Mint", do please remember grading can be subjective. Glare is the camera flash, static may have picked up some light dust on to the record.
