George Harrison ~ Chicago 11 30 74 ~ Rare CBM Release ~ Sealed. Condition is New. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail

There is a slight 1"  shrink-wrap tear (upper right corner)

A CBM original, released in 1975. From the afternoon show at Chicago Stadium, the date given on the cover is correct.
