Description

Thais auction is for the vintage vinyl record album pictured here. "The Concert For Bangladesh" by George Harrison and friends. On Apple records STCX 3385. A triple record box set released in 1971. Produced after the historic concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City to raise money for the war-ravaged and disaster-stricken Bangladesh (East Pakistan). Guest artists include: Ravi Shankar, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Ringo Starr, Leon Russell, Billy Preston and Ali Akabar Khan. This album set is complete with 64 page color booklet and is in excellent condition. There are some close-up photos of minor spots on the booklet and minor indents on back of cover. A great, historic album for a collection. Thanks for looking.
