Description
George Michael ‘Older’ Rare Original Vinyl LP 1996 V2802 7243 8 41392 1 6.
Having only recently discovered by chance that this record is rare and collectable I have decided that I will sell to someone who will appreciate it.
Purchased new by me back in the 90's, mainly for the singles included on the album and also to purchase more vinyl whilst it was still available on the high street ( it seemed to be disappearing fast at the time ). Side one was played three or four times and then put in my record storage ( I don't think side two was played until now to check it's condition ).
The inner and outer sleeves are in good condition but not mint, I have tried to show the small imperfections to the top edge and spine in the photos.
The record itself has some surface markings, but none that are audible when played. The spaces at the start and between tracks are not completely silent but this was not unusual for pressings at the time ( vinyl was a dying format - so not the finest quality), so expect a few crackles in between tracks.
I have tried to describe the condition as best as I can.
Recent sales on ebay and listings on Discogs vary widely so I have set my starting bid price nearer the lower end.
I have put the record through both my ultrasonic cleaner and Clearaudio RCM then into a poly antistatic sleeve prior to sale.
I would prefer cash on collection from nr Maidstone, Kent, but would consider postage at cost if the buyer requests.
