Vintage MONO release on Blue Note [BLP 5045]; original 767 LEXINGTON AVE address with Deep Groove both sides

VAN GELDER stamp and EAR etching in lead out groove

Vinyl grade: VG++(side2)/VG(side1); some surface scuff lines; no deep scratches; one small needle drop mark on cut1 side1 producing a couple of ticks; rest plays fine with occasional light background noise

Cover grade: VG++; faint discoloration due to age; no splits; seams and spine are tight and strong
