Description

Gerard Doulssane, Atmospheres Vol. 1 (Soleil Masque)

Auctioning off a big selection of rare OSTs/library records this week. This is an amazing unknown French library LP circa early-70s, a crazy maelstrom of Jean-claude Vannier-style cinematic jazz/psych/funk and avant-garde musique concrete and electronics. Really nice bass and sleepy drum breaks, often quite spare and hypnotic, mixed with more experimental textures and atmospheres. Check the soundclip. Sounds like the soundtrack to a lost Roman Polanski movie.
