Description
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
This handsome and rare LP from Studio 35 (BM 105, French pressing, black/silver label, stereo) features Gérard Kessler's masterly interpretations of Bach's Suites for Solo Cello No. 2 and No. 5, recorded at the Theatre du Chene Noir in Avignon. The liner notes on the reverse side are in French only.
CONDITION – PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY:
The gradations of condition I use are as follows: MINT, Near-Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.
The condition of the jacket is EXCELLENT. There is some minor bumping at corners and mild discoloration / aging, but that is all.
The condition of the LP is NM-. Visually, there are a couple of hairline / non-sounding marks. In terms of sound, surfaces are not CD silent, but overall playback is superb. If you must have flawless surfaces, then do not buy this LP. Overall, this rates as a NM- collector's copy.
