From my personal collection, this is Ghost - Ceremony and Devotion on 2LP White Vinyl. This copy is an original 2017 pressing from Universal/Reaktor and includes a booklet and exclusive numbered sticker out of 1000.
The gatefold is in very good condition with no seam splits. It just has a slightly crushed corner on the bottom left (as pictured).
The booklet is excellent condition with just some very light wear from flicking through a few times. The original printed inner sleeves do feature numerous seam splits at the sides and bottom. The records have been put into poly sleeves to prevent further wear to the records themselves plus any further wear to the sleeves.
The records have only ever been played once through on a Notts Analogue deck and Linn Adikt cart, back upon my original purchase.
The LP's are in very good condition. There are a handful of very light marks/scuffs in a few places (most likely from the paper sleeves) but overall the surfaces across all 4 sides are generally clean.
Both records do have slight edge warps but track excellent with no skipping or other audio issues.
Playback is generally excellent. There are some very light surface noise and the odd ticks in places but there are generally no major playback issues that I noted.
It will be packaged well for delivery in a proper LP mailer.
