Description

Up for auction is an original deep groove mono pressing of the Gil Evans 'And Ten' LP on Prestige Records PRLP 7120. The other musicians include Steve Lacy, Jimmy Cleveland, Louis Mucci, John Carisi, Jake Koven, Bart Varsalona, Willie Ruff, Zeke Tolin, Dave Kurtzer, Paul Chambers, and Nick Stabulas.

Record info:

Visually it looks VG with several prominent scuffs, but plays much better than it looks. Most of the scuffs are barely audible. It plays and sounds great!

Cover info:

VG with solid seams except for a 1/2" split on top at jacket opening, along with some general seam wear. The main flaws are on the back cover with some writing by the track listing, some initials in marker, a price written on upper left corner and staining along right border (see photo). It has some minor dishing from previous improper storage.

Pressing info:

Original 446 W. 50th St address label, deep groove mono press with RVG initials on both sides in the dead wax area.

Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.

Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.

International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.

Payment by Paypal only.

All payments are required within 5 days of auction ending.

We combine shipping on multiple item winnings to save on shipping.

Happy bidding!
