Description

Giovanni Tommaso - Artigianato

Italian pressing, Iller IL2 (1973)

Top rare Italian library by living legend\bass player Giovanni Tommaso supported by an uncredited jazz group. Second release of the collectable Iller label (same as Pegaso, Fama and Jubal).

Exquisite exotic funk with lots of mediterranean\african percussion. Heavy bassline by himself on the killer sitar jazz of 'Artigianato orientale' vaguely similar to the Pawnshop 45!

Side A is just an amazing collection of hypnotic moody jazz and exotic lounge! Listen!
