Description
Columbia ML 5060. Anice copy of this classic record. I played it and it has very littlenoise and none of the light marks on it sound. Please note: I use anSAE 5000A in my system, which eliminates “pops” but not othersurface noise. No major defects were heard, like separation errorsor other audible defects from manufacture process. The cover isfully intact, but the paper is starting at the top outer edge. Notape. The outer cover is clean and the lamination fully intact. There is an ink number written on the back and the remnants of theoriginal price sticker. The hard inner sleeve with additional notesby Gould is like new. Label is 6 eye Columbia and comes in anoriginal Columbia poly record envelope. The playing surface haslight marks, none of which sounded in playing as described above. Matrix is XLP 35696 4A/XLP 35697 3A. Light worm tracks both sidesaround spindle hole. Wording on label lists “Bach” with “TheGoldberg Variations” below on two lines. A very decent copy allaround.
