The Beatles: Please Please Me: Extremely Hard to find 1st pressing Gold/black Parlophone label, Cat-PMC1202: 1963 UK. This really is the rare one for true collectors. First copy I have ever seen in 24 years as a record trader. Labels are as new mint with no spindle marks or blemish. Dick James publishing co credits on label. Vinyl suffers from noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratches but could be much worse. The playing surface still retains its original laquer shine. I grade this vinyl strictly as visibly Very good. Due to the thick vinyl the sound quality is fantastic and plays like excellent with only low minor crackle between tracks. Thick Ernest J Day flip back laminated sleeve is clean and graded as very good except for small written name in bottom left reverse. Minor corner bumps and 5mm surface tear front bottom right corner. Slight discolouration to reverse and light corner stain. Still looks great with high gloss shean to front. Generally this is a great example of a very rare item. Please excuse poor photos due to sub standard camera.
