Featuring Wynken, Blinken, and Nod and The Golden Rock-A-Twisters
The front of the cover has colorful caricature pictures of the Beatles and of a young girl and some moose
The back of the cover has black and white pictures of other Golden Records

- Cover: VG+VG+ (Bit of wear along edges and corners. Few creases along left front edge. Some dirt near top and bottom edges on front. Some surface wear on back from record. Small stain on back near top right corner. Small crease on back at right edge near top)
- Record VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides have some scribbling, which can be seen under a light. Both sides have a bit of pitting around center hole)
