Description

Great, rare Americana release of Golden Smog's "Down by the Old Mainstream". Released in 2010 by Rykodisc (Ryko Analogue), catalog number RLP 10325-1.  Gatefold sleeve, 180gram, 2 vinyl LPs.  Includes Mobile Fidelity (Mofi) antistatic and dust / scratch resistant interior sleeves which replace the scratchy, plain paper interior sleeves.
Golden Smog is a "super-group" comprised of Jeff Tweedy of Wilco, Jayhawks members (Gary Louris, Mark Perlman), and Dan Murphy of Soul Asylum, as well as others.
Gotta love the Pecan Pie interior labels.
One owner. Less than 10 plays.
Some notes on condition
Graded by listening Vinyl is rated as VG+ (Very Good Plus). The only issue is a small manufacturing imperfection on Disc 1, Side 2 on the track "Won't be Coming Home". It looks like a very small blister and is not a scratch or wear. The impact to listening is a few clicks, with one click per rotation of the record for about 30 seconds duration. No skipping.  No other issues.
Cover. Also rated as VG+. Has two white specks visible on the left side of the front cover (see pictures). Not tears or scrapes. Both appear to be imperfections from original printing of the cover.
Overall a great record but I wanted to note these minor blemishes.
