Description

Goliath - Hot Rock & Thunder - IN SHRINK - USA 1975 - Private Pressing LP - Rock/Prog

Cover is NM in full original shrink wrap. (see photos)

Vinyl is VG+. Please read why below.

This is the only album by Goliath. It was a band financed pressing recorded in 1972, and released in 1975 on the "Bridges" label. The record itself is very thin and weighs 95 grams. Similar to the old RCA Dynaflex pressings. This is not a high quality pressing. There are obvious manufacturing flaws such as some swirls in the vinyl, rough edges along the rim, and funky label texturing that is visible in my photos.

A play grade revealed decent sound quality, with some light surface noise between songs. Better than I had expected. This record has not been played often, and it get's a VG+ grade from me only because of the pressing quality, and not because of the surface condition. The surface condition on both sides is NM-.

Still a rare and collectable original 1970's private pressing in great condition. It is what it is.
