Description

This is an assortment of 45s from 1954-58, the First Great Era of rock'n'roll.  Most were hits and all are solid; no Perry Como, Crew-Cuts, Frankie Avalon, Fontaine Sisters, etc.  Good for starting or growing a collection; for resale (if you have more patience than I); for display in a bar or man-cave; or just for listening -- especially if you have a juke-box. In general, these records are not quite strong enough for individual listing but way too good for the Salvation Army box.

Records are visually graded, based on condition of the wax: [ N ] is new.  [ VG+ ] = minimal groove wear, strong gloss, a few small  and inaudible surface scuffs and scratches.  [ VG ] = moderate wear, some gloss, light scuffs and scratches, scattered clicks and pops; basically, an "average" record that's been used (multiple plays) but not abused through careless handling.   [VG- ] = obvious wear and tear, no gloss, light noise. [ G ] = heavy wear, noisy, placeholder unless rare. [ F ] = wall-hanger. [ P ] = hopeless.  Labels at or above wax grades unless noted.   Standard abbreviations: [ scrs ] = scratches, [ wol ] = writing on label, etc.  All are first pressings unless noted.
