Gordon Parsons was a legend of Australian country music, the man who wrote a swag of classic country songs including the most famous Slim Dusty hit of all time - ‘A Pub With No Beer’. This extremely rare Hadley Records 1976 vinyl LP release is a compilation of Gordon Parsons’ live recordings – all recorded either in Launceston, mostly at Launceston’s famous ‘National Theatre’, or at Lilydale Hall, during the years 1958-1965. See rear LP jacket for full details. Sleeve notes by Eric W. Scott. This album also includes Gordon’s own recording of ‘A Pub With No Beer’. Housed in original glossy front jacket in excellent condition with lightest of wear – penned writing rear top jacket. Vinyl LP is in excellent condition – HLP 1228
