CLYDE MURPHY The Gospel Singing Coal Miner and THE MURPHY TRIO "The Murphy.Trio", one of West Virginia's most outstanding gospel singing groups present their fifth L.P. stereo album. The trio blends their songs in spirit-filled harmony that will bless your soul as you listen to gospel singing at its best. Clyde ("The Gospel Singing Coal-Miner"), his wife, Juanita, and sister, Wanda Hite have been singing 20 years thru-out West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, and Indiana. They have been a blessing to thousands of people and many souls have been won to God by their singing. The Trio has been heard nation-wide on many radio stations, and the demand for their type singing is so great they are unable to accept all the engagements they are called upon to fulfill. Clyde is employed by Consolidation Coal Co., at its Itmann #3 Mine Itmann, W. Va. and has worked for them 20 years without a lost time accident. He has written many gospel songs that have been recorded by other artists. Truly, as you listen to the trio sing "Blessed Quietness" - "Hedge All Around Me" and the other songs contained in this album, I believe you will say "This Has To Be Of God".
