I use a very conservative process when grading my covers/records/sleeves and record labels.  Please review each eBay listing item (vinyl record, cover, sleeve and record label) for condition.  The following is my listing condition position statement for this item.

NEAR MINT (NM) =  The insert shows no wear or fading and the plastic sleeve has no splits

VERY GOOD ++ (VG++) = The record has very light visual wear which does not affect the playability. The cover has slight wear on the edges but no splits or ring wear.  The record label has a small dirt mark on it but no writing.
