Grant Green Am I Blue stereo Blue Note 84139 dark print Liberty label w/ Van Gelder

dark print Liberty label with "Van Gelder" both sides. No address on back cover.
The record looks and plays VG++ to M-. There are some small, light scuffs on Side 1 Track 1. Some streaks in vinyl on Side 2 Track 1 which do not affect play. No scratches. Grooves do not show any wear or damage.
The cover is VG+.
The front cover has moderate wear, ring wear and small dent and heavy wear at the bottom of the pocket. The back cover has moderate to heavy wear and ring wear. No split seams but top and bottom are heavily worn at the pocket. Spine is intact and readable. Small spots of denting and wear at the corners.
