Description
Grant Green. ‘Grant’s First Stand’. Blue Note 4064. 47 West 63rd NYC (Back cover states 43 West 61st St New York 23 –apparently such contradictions between BN vinyl and covers are not uncommon, but I’m not a BN expert). Deep Groove. Both sides: RVG stamped in the deadwax & what appears to be an ‘E’ and ‘9M’.
Condition
Cover: VG/VG+. No ringwear. Some age discolouration on back cover & minor bubbling at bottom of back cover. Wear at corners. One inch seam split towards bottom spine. 1 inch seam split at opening of bottom seam. Six inch split along middle of bottom seam. Original inner sleeve (6 inch split bottom).
Vinyl: VG+. 4 or 5 small, superficial scratches. Minor paper scuffs. good sheen. clean labels.The record plays loud and clear. Some minor surface noise -not intrusive. No skips, clicks or pops.
