1977 US stereo reissue LP with 'Van Gelder' and 'Stereo' stamped in dead wax on both sides.

Vinyl grading is as follows:
NM- very close to like-new, looks unplayed.
EX+ close to like-new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play.
EX A used, reasonable copy, shows light signs of wear such as paper scuffs.
VG+ There may be noticeable signs of wear such as scuffs and 'non-feelie' marks, but still quite nice.
