For sale is a first press copy of The Grateful Deads 1969 live album "Live Dead". This album captures the Grateful Dead's world famous live performance on this awesome 2 LP set! This is the original 1969 1st pressing of this album on Warner Brothers/Seven Arts Records and includes the very rare booklet insert in fabulous NM condition. The vinyl is in VG++/EX condition for a few extremely light hairlines that can only be seen in certain light and some sleeve scuffing. Very clean with no heavy marks at all! Tons of rainbow and gloss! The center labels are also extremely clean with very little spindle wear and spindle marks! Colors are clear and un-scuffed! Both records have been placed in new and safer inner sleeves to protect their condition! The original Warner Bros. Company inners are included and are in excellent unsplit condition. The Jacket is in VG++/EX condition for corner wear, very light edgewear and spine wear. On one corner there is also an 1/4 inch split begging at the opening of the jacket pocket. Very small but just want to make note of it. Artwork is very clear with no snowyness or inkwear. However there is a small hint of discoloration on the right side at the very top of the inner gatefold. Please ask any questions BEFORE bidding or buying. With the exception of sealed records, all our records are shipped outside of the jacket in plastic sleeves to avoid jacket splitting.
