The Grateful Dead

San Francisco 1

Trade Mark of Quality TMQ 71058

Side One: Sunshine Daydream; Sing Me Back Home; Mama Tried.

Side Two: 1. For The Other One A. Cryptical Envelopement B. Quadlibet For Tender Feet C. The Faster We Go The Rounder We Get 2. New Potatoe Caboose 3. Born Cross-Eyed

Most of the shrink is still on the cover. No seam splits or creases to the cover; Appropriate unpasted label. No spindle marks on record label. Has the silver "Trade Mark of Quality Genuine Disc" Sticker with the pig profile. Vinyl is M- and gorgeous. There is a repeated and very quiet noise through about a minute of the beginning of "Sing Me Back Home" which has been there since this record was first opened. On close examination, a light "spiral" can be seen as part of the pressing and is an imperfection from the original plate that pressed that side. Cover is also M-.

I bought this in the early1970's and it has been played carefully on high end equipment exclusively. I condider the condition to be outstanding. The condition qualities are great but the real rarity of this fabulous copy is the color. Look up this album on Popsike.com and you won't see any that have sold that are of Purple Vinyl! What few copies of this that do exist are seen in the more typical colors of Yellow, Green, Red or Black. This may be the only copy known to exist in purple and would be a fantastically rare addition to your collection.

I ship with a special cardboard LP shipper with added inserts to ensure safe arrival. Insurance is included in the handling cost.

For International Shipments: All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. This will be shipped as "merchandise"in the description. Please don't ask to have this shipped as a sample or a gift under the declaration statement.
