"SELF TITLED"  
 RHINO  W 1689    MONO
180-gram vinyl re-issue of the original mono mix of the Grateful Dead's eponymous first album from 1967 as part of Record Store Day 2011.  Lacquers cut by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Mastering.
Vinyl pressed at Furnace MFG/The Pallas Group in Germany.

Limited edition of 3,000 copies.

Picture five shows a slightly creased lower right front corner.
Picture six shows a crease on the lower left front corner.
Picture seven and eight shows a couple of slight nicks on the left and right edges.
