Description

Grateful Dead The Warner Bros Studio Albums 5LP Vinyl box set limited.
This Out of Print set includes the 5 studio albums when they were with Warner Brothers packaged in a beautiful well built box along with a book with photos, recording notes, etc.  Very cool and great addition for any Dead fan.
This set is from my personal collection.  I bought it new and listened to a few of the records a couple times and has been just sitting on my self well kept.  I would guess that I listened to American Beauty 5-6 times, Workingman's Dead 2 times, and the rest of them are either unplayed or maybe a side has been played once on some of them.  See below for descriptions.
Packaging:  The packaging of this set is immaculate.  No marks or bends on anything including the outer orange jacket, record jackets, sleeves, and book.  Certainly a solid Near Mint (NM).
Records: I'm scratching my head a bit on the records.  They play great but visually there are some surface flaws.  Most of them have some spots that I would call "smudges" like they need cleaned up.  Washing them doesn't remove them.  American Beauty side 2 has a long thin mark across about half the record.  I just play tested it and it plays perfectly.  My assessment is that these records have some cosmetic manufacturing defects that don't affect the playability of them.  But I will list as Good (G) for the cosmetic presentation of them.
I am listing these below market value because of the cosmetic blemishes on the records.  Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.  Thanks!
