Description

Grateful Dead Warner Bros. Studio Albums Box 5 LPs w/Poster & Dark Star 7" *NM*. Condition is "Used". I'm going to set shipping at *$10.00* but will ship however you want; buyer will pay not a penny more than *exact* shipping cost.  I hated to set the description of this box as "Used".  It's as close to mint as you can get.  The box is still in the plastic wrap, but the end has been opened to allow removal of the contents.  All the LP sleeves and LPs, poster, 7" single, single sleeve and booklet are all NM; I only use NM because it has been opened.  All vinyl is unplayed.  Please notice I did not say "all vinyls are unplayed".  This Box Set includes the Original 1968 Vinyl Mix of "Anthem Of The Sun", unavailable (at time of release) for more than 40 years and the Original 1969 Vinyl Mix of "Aoxomoxoa", also unavailable (at time of release) for more than 40 years.  It also includes the Stereo Mix of their first album, "The Grateful Dead" (1967) and Stereo Mixes of their two studio masterpieces, "Workingman's Dead" (1970) and "American Beauty" (1970).  To my knowledge (and yes, I have checked), this Box Set contains the only official releases of the Original Vinyl Mixes of "Anthem Of The Sun" and "Aoxomoxoa" for over 50 years.  Both Original Mixes have been released on CD, but that's really beside the point, isn't it?  I've seen these sets listed (and remain unsold) for astronomical prices.  My purpose is to set it at a reasonable price, one at which it will sell, and let the Bidders set the final price.  An item is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it, not what someone wants for it.
