Description

Grateful Dead, Without a Net. Rare factory sealed triple LP. Recorded between Oct 1989 and Apr 1990. Featuring Branford Marsalis on Saxaphone. This was a good year for the Dead, coming after various serious health issues concerning Jerry Garcia. The appearance of Marsalis helped to fire Jerry's guitar playing, along with the rest of the band. The cut with Marsalis is particularly hot. This is the last vinyl LP released by the Dead, and it is also the last cover by Rick Griffin. Original factory sealed shrinkwrap with sticker.  There is a sawcut in the upper left corner which can be seen in the photo.
