This is an LP from the collection of Mark Lindsay, which was assembled between 1965 and 1985, when he was with Paul Revere & the Raiders as its lead singer and producer, and later when he was head of A&R for United Artists, and then as the owner of a recording studio.
This is the 1983 Canadian release of The Great Raider Reunion, by Paul Revere & the Raiders With Mark Lindsay, NC643 on K-Tel Records. The LP jacket is still in its opened shrink wrap and is near mint, with a crease on the lower left corner. The vinyl is Mint and does not appear to have been played. Please see photos.
The album was recorded many years after Mark sold his half of the Raiders to Paul, when he and Paul were approached for a re-record project. The album features Mark singing lead vocals and backed by the K-Tel Studio Band In Nashville. None of the Raiders pictured on the album cover performed on the album.
Mark Lindsay will PERSONALLY autograph the LP cover as well as a 4" x 6" card to the name of your choice and with the notation, "From my vinyl collection." The card features a logo designed for him in 1965. Since you are buying directly from the artist's store, you can be guaranteed that the autograph is AUTHENTIC. Mark co-founded Paul Revere & the Raiders and was its lead singer and sax player from inception through selling his half of the trademark in 1975. He continues a solo recording and performance career to this day, appearing often on the exciting Happy Together Tour and at other solo shows.
