Description
Original 1st issue/pressing from '84, the 'splatter paint' double 7" tour edition from the Great Unwashed. For whatever reasons, all copies of this edition were splatter painted, both outside & inside the hand stitched sleeves. I've seen (& previously owned) copies that were impossible to unsheath from the sleeves. As you can see,these records do come out, but the effects of the paint have left their mark. I suppose it's possible to remove the residue somehow, I've just never tried ( I bought the 12" instead). I've always accepted it more as an artifact & as a collector, a crucial 'get' on the Flying Nun discography. It's impossible to grade as they've never been played. In the same condition now as when it was released 30+ yrs ago. A must have for the right person.
