We acquired tis record recently and inside the plastic outer sleeve it came in was what appears to be a CD front cover insert with several signatures of the band members, one on the front and more on the back (guitarist Mark Kendall's signature on the back, is the most legible).
Condition: the vinyl is near mint condition. The cover is EX or better with two faint crease marks in the upper right front. Really faint - cant see in the photo.
