Description
This is a very rare copy of Greg Scott and the Embers on Deloss Records 101, and it is in very good ++ condition, there are a few surface marks, but it does not interfere with the play, I have cleaned it, and listened to it, and it sounds AWESOME!! The label does show some ring wear. It comes with the original wax paper sleeve as well, and that is also in very good condition, a couple small tears, then there is some creases. I have also seen Greg Scott and the Embers also known as Greg Scott and the group. This is actually Greg Scott and the Embers from Spencer Iowa, and this is from about 1961. My father grew up in cloverdale/sibley Iowa and was friends with Pud and some of the other members, and they put him to work to deliver these copies to local radio stations. Needless to say, he didn't make it to all of the radio stations like he should have, I have some copies. Since my father has passed away, I can't ask him more detailed questions, however, it was suggested that with any more questions on Greg Scott and the Embers, to go to the Iowa rock and roll hall of fame website. This is definitely rare, and it is authentic, and if your not satisfied with your purchase in anyway shape or form, I will return your money.
Regardless of the condition of any record that I sell, I will clean it to insure best possiable play for my customers. For my 78's I actually use a soft toothbrush and warm water and for the 33's and 45's I use something called a spin clean. I do not listen to each one, I have thousands, but if I feel there is a questionable one I will do what I can to restore it, if not, I throw it out. I play these records on a 1965 or so Decca turntable console.

I realize my shipping charges are expensive, but it is only to insure the safe delivery of your purchase. However, if you buy more than one item, I will gladly group everything together to keep shipping costs down. Please, no international bidding. If you do buy an item, I ask that it is paid within seven days of auction's end, otherwise I will just re-post it. my shipping charges are as follows... First record $4.00, 2-10 records $1.00 a piece, 11+ records $.25 a piece. If you plan on buying a lot of records, please let me know so I can quote a shipping charge. But what you are paying for is safe packaging, and delivery of your items, that includes lp mailers, dividers if necessary, bubble wrap, delivery confirmation, depending on if you buy 45's, I put those into ziploc bags, just in case.
