Description
Nice clean copy and ultra rare blue label version of this 1969 Groundhogs album on Liberty.
This was the band's second album, and only a limited number of original copies were pressed with the blue label before subsequent pressings reverted to the usual black Liberty house style.

Vinyl: VG+ A nice honest copy of this classic late 60s Prog/Psych album. Obviously handled and played with plenty of surface marks, but still retaining a nice lustre and sheen. Play-tested, and reproduction is great. There is some understandable crackle on the run-ins and the dead wax between tracks, but any minor flaws are almost entirely lost when the audio kicks-in. It plays through completely without jumps, skips or scratches.
It comes on the ridiculously scarce blue Liberty label, which has some signs of wear - see photos.
Sleeve: VG Definitely carries signs of handling and wear. Laminated card sleeve with funereal design. Some corner and edge-wear and a small split on spine-edge. The laminate is not torn, but is showing some minor creasing.
Mint copies of this rare version are commanding three figure prices these days.
Let's be clear, this is nowhere near mint, but it is a good honest copy that can be enjoyed without any major flaws, just the odd bit of crackle here and there. (A strong VG+)
