Guns N' Roses Appetite For Destruction LP Orig Cover Europe 1987 Alsdorf 1A/1B + Picture Lyric Inner Pro Cleaned . On Europe Issue ( Made In Germany ) Geffen Records mostly black with silver print labels 924 148-1 ( WX 125 ) , please see photos for the track listings . This one is the original copy with the uncensored cover and comes with the lyric picture inner sleeve .

COVER: Factory single non laminated card cover generally in a very very strong very good condition , though i think many would say a little better overall and still very nice and clean . FRONT / CORNERS / EDGES: The front just has a very very few small and very light marks , the odd very light often seen hairline and one very small very light often seen crack line going towards the opening edge but this is really only noticeable at certain angles to the light , there are just two or three extremely light dents in places , again barely noticeable , there are a few usual but mostly light and small crease crack lines in places on the edges on the front . The usual but very light only ring wear marks are present with just a mainly partial and light only impression of the outer edge of the record in places only . Some normal but light only useage / age related wear on the side opening edges with just the odd extremely tiny knick and dent ( not tear ) on the very outer edges , both edges are pretty much straight with just a light bit of usual gapping , there is some usual but very very light and extremely small bits of rubbing / denting etc on and just near to the corners but mainly just on the tip ends and this really is very light and really mostly just very light and tiny tip end rubbing , there is very little in the way of rubbing on the top and bottom edges with just a bit of light denting present , the spine ( there is top and side edge printed text on this one ) is excellent with just two or three very light and very small crack lines and a bit of light denting , both of the the spine texts are still legible . REAR: Just has the odd super light and very small , very faint mark ( barely noticeable in normal household light ) and odd fine hairline in places , but overall it is very clean , there are just a few usual but mostly light and small crease crack lines in places round the edges and just two or three extremely light very soft dents in places , there is just a very light ring wear mark with just a very light impression of the outer edge of the record in places , there is the correct Warner Bros impressed stamp towards the bottom right corner , the cover is writing free and there are no seam splits . I think pretty much all can be seen in the photos using the zoom facility .

PICTURE LYRIC INSERT: In near good / very good overall condition and still generally nice and clean , there is quite a bit of denting / soft creasing present mostly on the upper section and mainly more visible on the picture side , there is the odd extremely light and small faint mark in places . There is one seam split on the one side edge and some rubbing on the edges and some very small bits of rubbing / denting on the corners mainly on and just very near to the tip ends , just a very light bit of age / use related wear on the top opening edges . I will also be putting the record into a new plain white paper inner sleeve .

LABELS: Mostly black with silver print labels in near excellent condition , still very nice and clean with just the odd very light handling mark as is often seen on these types of labels and there are just a very very few usual light spindle marks , both labels are writing free .

** Please note that the greyish coloured marks and bright shiny patches that are sometimes seen on some of the close ups of the record playing surfaces in the photos are purely a light reflection / glare and are not marks on the record , thank you ** .

RECORD: The overall visual grade of the playing surface under normal average household light conditions is a very very strong very good condition , though i think some may say a bit better overall and in normal light looks in a very clean condition , there are just a very few certainly non feelable , certainly non sounding mostly very light and small surface marks but mainly the record just has some clusters ( the odd cluster being large ) of very light and very fine mainly whispy type hairlines and sleeve removals ( most only really more visible at certain angles to the light ) with just the odd one being slightly more visible but certainly non feelable , i have shown the sort of thing i mean in the photos which i took under a light and at the harshest angles there are no nasty gouges / nasty scratches whatsoever , as i say , a lot of the finer hairlines are really only more visible when held at certain angles to or under a light and only very lightly visible in normal household light . Please note that there maybe the odd tiny dust particle or tiny bit of fluff etc seen on the record in places in the photos off my wiping cloth due to static etc , i can't see them on the record at the time but they sometimes do show up when I take the close up photos , this is also because i do take the photos before i vacuum clean the record , thank you for your understanding . Please see below for audio description .

AUDIO A SIDE( SIDE G ): Silent run in has some usual but generally light / very light noise . It plays excellent , it plays perfectly crisp and clear throughout on the music playback , there was really very little at all in the way of obvious noise that was worthy of mention , i maybe being a bit picky i think here , i just heard the odd super brief and very light bit of noise literally as the music was fading right at the very end on i think the odd track , but as i say , none of this was on the actual music itself , but i must also stress this really was very light , as i say , i may be being a bit picky here with this considering the age of this album and i actually doubt most people would have even bothered mentioning this but i do like to be thorough with all my descriptions , being ultra ultra picky i think , then there was the faintest , briefest ( two or three seconds ) bit of vinyl static on the intro of T2 , a couple of very faint pops , barely heard on the intro to T4 , the silent track changeover lines were also quite quiet overall with just a bit of often heard noise on the odd one , there was no nasty continuous crackle and no nasty loud ticks , there may just have been the odd faint isolated pop that i may have missed . Silent run off has some usual but generally very light noise .This side on the music really does play and sound great overall and the audio tones are still awesome .

AUDIO B SIDE (SIDE R ): Silent run in has some usual but generally light / very light noise . It plays excellent on the music , perfectly crisp and clear throughout on the music playback with really very little at all in the way of obvious noise that was worthy of mention , anything really was very minimal and very brief only , this was mainly just a brief bit of very light vinyl static on the quieter intro only on T1 , i have done a video so you can see what i mean , there was one very very light tick approx three quarters of the way through also on T1 and just a very very light / faint bit of noise on quieter intro on i think T3 , but as i say , any of this really was brief and very / very very light only , the majority of the silent track track changeover lines were nice and quiet overall with just the occasional bit of usual noise , there was no nasty crackle and bar the one mentioned very very light one , there were no nasty loud ticks , there may just have been the odd faint isolated pop that i may have missed . Silent run off has some usual but generally very light noise . This side on the music really does play and sound great overall and the audio tones are still awesome .

** Still a great playing and sounding record ** .

There were no jumps etc when tested on my deck and it still retains a very nice shine . Any noises tend to be in short bursts only , are over quickly , are not constant and do not spoil any enjoyment . If any noises are more frequent or louder etc , they will be described separately in the above detailed descriptions thank you .

All in all a nice example of this now very collectable item together with great overall sound , do turn this one up and enjoy ! . I have started this one off at what i think is a very keen £29.99p , the extra shown is what Ebay add on for their fees . Thank you very much for your time and interest and happy bidding . Please do read the following ref record gradings explained thank you .

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times , but displays no major deterioration in sound quality , despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch , some forms of noise will more than likely be heard in places especially on the quieter parts and the odd tick or pop may also be heard in places especially on the quieter parts , but none of this will overpower any of the music in any way , light edge warps etc and some light " dishing " are acceptable but will not affect the play or sound quality at all , any warps that are more prominent will be described in more detail . Please see the descriptions above for the cover condition .

Very Good / Near Excellent: The record has obviously been played but shows no overly excessive play wear . There will be some light only surface marks though most will be just fine hairlines , there will be no major deterioration in sound quality at all though some amount of light noise / occasional light pop may be present in places especially on some of the quieter parts , but none of this will be loud or constant or overpower any of the music , the record will play through perfectly , light edge warps etc and some light " dishing " are acceptable but will not affect the play or sound quality at all , any warps that are more prominent will be described in more detail . Please see the descriptions above for the cover condition .

Near Excellent: The record has obviously been played but shows only light signs of this , a few of the lightest non feelable surface marks being mostly very fine hairlines will be present , but it displays no deterioration in sound quality . Some brief bits of very light noise and very occasional usual light pop maybe present in places and would be acceptable on some quieter parts , but none of this will be loud or constant or overpower any of the music , light edge warps etc and some light " dishing " are acceptable but will not affect the play or sound quality at all , any warps that are more prominent will be described in more detail . Please see the descriptions above for the cover condition .

Excellent : The record shows some signs of having been played , but there is very little lessening in sound quality , light edge warps etc and some light " dishing " are acceptable but will not affect the play or sound quality at all , any warps that are more prominent will be described in more detail. Please see the descriptions above for the cover condition .
