Guns N Roses Lies LP - 1988 SHRINK HYPE Original Uncensored Cover US 1st Edition Merry Christmas GN'R Lovers!!! This listing is for a rare US 1st Pressing of the Guns N Roses Lies album with the Original Uncensored Cover from 1988 still in SHRINK and with the HYPE Sticker. US 1st Edition: Original uncensored text on front cover on lower left hand side reads "Wife-beating has been around for 10,000 years" (later replaced by "LIES! LIES! LIES!"). Original uncensored text on front cover on right middle reads reads "Ladies, welcome to the dark ages" (later replaced by "Elephant gives birth to midget".). Inner sleeve was censored with a black bar across nude. Inner sleeve is matte paper, later replaced with glossy paper. Protected in a Protective Sleeve (see pics). Vinyl - Nice with shine and marks on side "R" (see pics). Original Uncensored Cover - Very Nice with orignal shrink, hype sticker, and no writing (see pics). Tested with no skips on my turntable even through the marks on Side "R", but there is some popping mostly between songs.  Good GN'R Play!!!
