Raymond Theatre (formerly Perkins Palace) is an auditorium located in Pasadena, California, built around 1921.[1] It was known as Perkins Palace when it was a live music venue from 1979 through 1991.[2]
The Theatre was owned by the father of rock star David Lee Roth in the 1970's.[1] GUNS AND ROSES LIVE:

Guns N' Roses played 4 shows over 5 nights at the Perkins Palace in Pasadena at the end of 1987. The band had been touring almost constantly since the release of their legendary debut, Appetite For Destruction, and these shows were their homecoming, finally back in LA after months on the road. Steven Adler had an injured hand so Fred Coury of Cindarella sat in on drums. It's clear the band is happy to be back home, as this 30 December show is one of the most ripping performances of their early carer.

The Appetite for Destruction Tour was a tour by American hard rock band Guns N' Roses in 1987 and 1988 to promote their debut album Appetite for Destruction, which was released in July 1987. During the 16-month tour, the band opened for bands The Cult, Mötley Crüe, Alice Cooper, Iron Maiden, Aerosmith, and headlined shows across four continents.It is the only tour in which the classic lineup of Axl Rose, Slash, Izzy Stradlin, Duff McKagan, and Steven Adler performed together, aside from opening four shows in at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum for The Rolling Stones in October 1989.
