The only information on this LP is in the dead wax. DSR 6353/4 - A1/B1 - SPIDER - H. Chinloy The best guess for date of release, based on the sound of the LP, is 1981/2

The suggestion on the above thread is that it is either a later volume of Herman Chin Loy's Aquarius Dub Vol 2 3 or 4 - or it is the dub of Richie Mac - Jah Is Light (or possibly Randy's Dub, but I think unlikely). Having listened to it, I don't believe it is Richie Mac, my best guess is a later volume of Aquarius Dub. It is a Music-ism LP from the catalogue number. Whatever it is, it's very, very rare and never released. There are no track titles, and it is in a plain white paper sleeve
The record condition in VG+ There are a few light marks on the vinyl and a couple of pinprick marks which make a couple of clicks each. So, not at all trashed and the sound is nice and clear.
