Hank Ballard and the Midnighters -(S/T)- King 581
One of the best start-to-finish R&B lps ever! Ballard funks his way through “Let ’Em Roll”, “Daddy’s Little Baby”, “Early One Morning” and the provocatively titled “Open Up the Back Door”, amongst others.
This is an original copy (not the recent reissue) and, aside from a punchhole, it’s MINT and SEALED! May Hank rest in peace!
After a hiatus, during which we moved and built our Permanentrecords library/vault/watering hole, we are finally up and running as an Ebay seller again. Welcome back to all our old friends and hello to new ones. We’re going to try things a bit differently this time. We will still feature great, rare, obscure, strange and little-known vinyl, but we’ve decided on no reserves and a very low opening bid on even the choicest stuff. We’re hoping that this will keep you coming back to us for the chance at some genuine bargains and maybe even steals, as we allow each item to find its natural price.
