- Overall the record is in clean, previously owned, collectible condition, carefully stored, from a smoke-free environment. In protective mylar bag.
- SIGHT GRADED ONLY!
- Record - FINE: Record looks great! No visible scratches, scuffing or cracks. Vinyl is shiny and black. Label is clean and may show VERY minor wear.
- Sleeve - VERY GOOD PLUS: Sleeve has light scuffing but retains gloss. Shows some ring wear. Has small seam splits, no tape. Edges are slightly ragged. Corners are very slightly bent. Very lightly soiled on front cover.
- Record comes in a paper inner sleeve which may or may not be the original as issued.
- From the estate of magician Bruce Cervon who was a long-time fan and seriously dedicated record collector.
- All records are securely packed in a cardboard box with bubble wrap.
