etched matrices are FACT 220 A1 TOWNHOUSE LYN-21998 B 3 & FACT 220 B1 TOWNHOUSE LYN-(21989) 21999 O 3

released on Factory Records FACT 220 in 1988

The condition of the record is very good + (has some light hairlines but plays through fine).

The picture sleeve has very mild creasing & shelfwear on the edges.

The inner sleeve has very mild creasing on the edges.

The labels are clean with a couple of light spindle marks.

A great copy of this Happy Mondays UK 1st pressing with the embossed picture sleeve!
