HAPPY MONSTERS

Damil LP, HH502, 1972. UK version, HH502. A hard to find LP which has been sampled numerous times: this is the record that was sampled by Earth Leakage Trip for their amazing track "No Idea" aka "The Doors"; and 'Clap Your Tenacles' is an instrumental cover of James Brown's 'Papa's Got A Brand New Bag'. This whole LP has 'crazy' monster sounds over the top of groovy instrumentals. Should be in everyone's collection!
