Harold McNair / The Fence

This was bought from a record shop in Grantham in 1970, it has had one owner & has been well cared for & respected.  This LP is listed in Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide 2010. This LP is in superb shape, hard to find in any state let alone one that is in this excellent condition!!

Record Info: B&C [CAS 1016] / Stereo / 33.3RPM / 1970 / UK issue / Side 1 Matrix - CAS 1016 A-1U / 1st Pressing

Condition: Play Graded to Record Collector Guidelines

Vinyl - Excellent Plus

The odd hairline mark & scuff, but no 'feelable' scratches / Nice clean gloss labels: very light evidence of spindle marks under lights / Flat & warp free vinyl / Superb appearance to the vinyl, high gloss! / Plays extremely well, the odd crackle & pop for sure, but is truly highly enjoyable, the music is superb.  To be frank, I'm actually reluctant to let this one go now that I've finally come to discover this rare LP, with it's really mellow laid back Jazz, with excellent musicians such as Rick  Grech, Terry Cox & Keith Tippett, not forgetting Harold McNair himself! / This LP has been well cared for & respected during the last 39years!

Sleeve - Excellent

Gatefold sleeve by EJ Day Group with pink paper pocket [alas no balloon!] / Totally solid & rigid / Edges & spine are well defined & square, but some light scuffing / Opening edges sharp with a few knocks / No significant creasing / Clean: no writing / Two bumped corners / Some shelf rub & light marking / Pink pocket has no rips or tears / A poly-lined record inner & a plastic sleeve protector are provided free as part of the package

For Auction at just £4.99 with free Post & Packaging to UK addresses, low rates to the EU & the ROW, there is no reserve & it runs for 10 days

I always pack Vinyl records with care, they are also packed for a fast, secure and safe shipping.  The record will be removed from the sleeve and placed within the sleeve protector.  The LP is sandwiched between two card protectors before insertion into a card LP mailer
