FOR BID-Harry Chapin Congressional Medal Of Honor Medallion.3" in diameter and 1/4" thick believed to be cast in brass.Not sure of history but looks like a copy of the original presented to his family apon his death.No visable markings representing a minting company.On front is a picture of Harry Chapin with his name and date of birth and death 1942,1981. Reverse side has picture of a guitar,wheat and the world insignia.In small print it says (Medal of the Congress 1986) and in large print it says (HIS BALLADS DEDICATED TO ENDING WORLD HUNGER).Very good condition with few marks and no visible nicks or gouges or scratches.
