Released in 1975 on the UNITED ARTISTS label, I am offering today this original first UK pressing of this classic HAWKWIND album. The album is titled "WARRIOR ON THE EDGE OF TIME" and contains a couple of their finest tracks ASSAULT AND BATTERY and THE GOLDEN VOID. The vinyl is in overall very good condition, clean showing some light marks and plays through with excellent audio.
The album comes with its original matt fold out sleeve which when unfolded turns into a shield. The sleeve is in excellent condition. Intact with no stickers, unwanted writing etc but shows some light wear to the corners of the spine. Otherwise a very presentable excellent example with no pin holes or tape marks etc.
The album comes complete with its original custom inner which is clean with no splits or stickers etc but has a number written in pen discreetly in the top corner..
I have just played this album through for these listing purposes and I am pleased to say that it plays well with absolutely no sticks or skips etc, a respectable example.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually looks very clean. Audibly it plays through with great audio with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc but there was some light crackle to be heard during Calvert's "The Wizard Blew His Horn" and other spoken word pieces otherwise a very enjoyable listen, Any bidders should not be disappointed.
The SLEEVE, The matt fold out shield sleeve is in very clean excellent condition. With no stickers pin holes tape marks or unwanted writing etc.
The LABELS, The UA labels are very clean. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The original custom inner is clean and free from stickers or splits etc but is showing a small number written discreetly in the top corner.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
