HAWKWIND / X IN SEARCH OF SPACE

original 1971 first press 12" VINYL LP

CAT UAG 29202 FIRST PRESSING A1/B1 MATRICES

CLASSIC 1971 12" VINYL LP

SLEEVE EX- You know what a state these 1971 die-cut sleeves are in usually?! Well this one isn't - no-one has tried to force the closing tab into the slot so the tab remains uniquely intact, with no creases or tears that shouldn't be there, please see photos. I can't begin to describe how unusual this is and that is reflected in the price. It's collectors quality. Includes the 'Hawkwind log-book' (booklet) There are really no issues apart from the usual age-related wear you'd expect from a 45 year old LP cover. Slight edgewear and light signs of handling, no splits or writing. Includes original white paper inner. Also supplied with PVC protective sleeve.

VINYL EX- A couple of light visible marks that thankfully don't affect play. Great sound, light surface noise between tracks. The labels are good, no writing, very slight spindle evidence on side 2 (see photos)

Please pay within 48 hours unless agreed beforehand.

GRADING GUIDE:

EX The record is not new, but as good as, showing virtually no signs of wear.

EX- The record shows some light superficial signs of handling, but there is very little lessening in visual or sound quality. The cover and packaging may have light edge/corner wear and/or light creasing but no splits, stains or writing.

VG + The record has been played and there is some surface noise between tracks but nothing that interferes seriously with playback, some noticeable surface marks. There is normal age-appropriate wear and tear on the cover and labels without any major defects - unless detailed in the description.

VG: The record has been played many times resulting in surface noise, some scratches and obvious signs of handling, any jumps will be detailed in the description. Cover has significant age-related wear and obvious signs of handling, any writing, rips or stains will be detailed in the description or photos.
